Bromley Canoe Club is focused on leisure paddling, touring & whitewater though paddlers

from all disciplines, and inexperienced new members, are always welcome.

The club is affiliated to the British Canoe Union and several members hold BCU coaching qualifications.

We meet each Monday night from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm at West Wickham Pools,

West Wickham, South East London. West Wickham is easily accessible from

Croydon, Bromley, Orpington and the Northern parts of Surrey & Kent.

If you have not been before please contact Phil before coming to the pool as our sessions are very busy. This also applies to existing members planning on bringing friends or family along.

Pool sessions are as follows:

Time	Boat Priority	Swimming Lane
8.00 - 8.40pm	Under 16s have priority in boats.	All welcome to swim
8.40 - 9.20pm	boats for all	All welcome to swim
9.20 - 10.00pm	16s and over only in boats	under 16s must leave the pool

Money will be collected in reception from 7.45pm until approx. 8.45pm. If arriving after this please bring payment into the pool with you (correct change please!).

Finally can we remind everyone of the following rules to make sure everyone has an enjoyable and safe session:
• Under 18s must have a pool consent form given to the committee
• Under 16s must have a responsible adult present in the pool area (not necessarily in the water)
• 16 boats maximum in the pool at any time
• Normal public swimming pool rules apply to the swimming lane
• Everyone must leave boats at "change boats" breaks
• Own boats may be used (washed out) but should only be used for one session
• The Lifeguard and BCC 'yellow shirt' wearer have the final word
