Bromley Canoe Club

In accordance with the club’s current constitution you are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held from 6:30pm onwards on Saturday 20th February 2009.

All are welcome but please note that only club members can vote on motions and resolutions. Family memberships entitle members to one vote per family.

Any motions to be raised at the AGM should be made to David Birkinshaw in writing (email will be acceptable) by Monday 8th February 2010 latest.
